Abounding Grace

...God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. (II Co 9:8)

The Message: God can pour on the blessings in astonishing ways so that you're ready for anything and everything, more than just ready to do what needs to be done.

NEB: ...it is in God's power to provide you richly with every good gift: thus you will have ample means in yourselves to meet each and every situation, with enough and to spare for every good cause.

Any way you say it, God’s grace nourishes, endows, and supplies its own divine ideas.  As a divine idea, HRH is complete and manifests all grace-filled blessings to those who serve, as well as those who support us.

This theme is the sunshine of our days, brightening and warming all our activities. HRH wishes to abundantly provide all the Christian Science nursing care in as many ways as the community needs--loving in-house care, outpatient care, home nursing service,and telephone assistance. 

As HRH is "a haven of Soul," we invite Christian Scientists to participate in our Rest and Study and Day Guest programs for spiritual renewal  We also provide workshops and metaphysical meetings, send informative mailings, and regularly update this website. In addition, everyone is welcome to attend our annual Thanksgiving Dinner, 4th of July picnic, concerts, and other activities.   

"Giving is receiving. Gratitude is riches." These are a few of the messages from our September 2008 Annual Meeting. They are messages that deserve to live on and they certainly find a wonderful new home in the Abounding Grace theme.

We look forward to each individual associated with HRH to share their inspiration from their study and prayer along this line. In fact, the nursing staff frequently takes time off the floor to pray about Abundance. We trust this dedicated prayer will lift the miasma of want--locally and globally!
