Experienced Christian Science nurses advertising in The Christian Science Journal are needed and welcome to join us in demonstrating this vision. Opportunities to train, mentor, lead workshops, and to nurse both in the facility and in homes are available in a flexible, team-oriented atmosphere. Nurses of all experience levels are welcome to join us for a complimentary two-night stay as a Rest and Study guest.

High Ridge House is looking for a Financial Operations Manager who establishes and maintains a clear realization that God's law harmoniously governs the business of High Ridge House and supplies its daily needs. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The qualifications include being knowledgeable and experienced in accounting, budgeting, payroll, employee benefits, taxation, insurance contracts and procedures, business law, computers and office machines; having demonstrable ability to apply Excel and accounting software to financial and accounting tasks; and being a member of The Mother Church and a branch church.
The job includes leading the selection and conversion to a new accounting system; building organizational budgets; preparing monthly and annual financial statements for the Executive Director and Board; performing general and subsidiary ledger work including journal entries; and reconciling all accounts. It also includes patient billings, maintaining up-to-date descriptions of financial and accounting policies and procedures, and responsibility for maintaining an adequate system of internal financial control over cash receipts and disbursements. It requires a broad understanding of the operations and needs throughout High Ridge House. Salary is commensurate with experience.
